Course Description: Madera Lions Town and Country Park is a mature city park with many trees and obstacles making the disc golf course challenging and fun. With multiple tee locations, beginner through professional disc golfers will find this course one of the best disc golf courses in the California Central Valley. This is a 365 day/year play course. Challenges include low trees, water, tight fairways with both uphill and downhill shots. The "A" and "B" tees are not marked but the tee pads are generally identifiable by the worn patch due to tee usage. The park also has many additional amenities to accommodate the occasional player to one who wishes to play disc and picnic with their family. This park is truly beautiful. Course Location: LOCATION: Madera Lions Town and Country Park is located in Southwest Madera. The park is bordered to the North by Howard Road, to the South by W.Industrial Avenue, to the East by Schnoor Street, and to the West by Granada Drive. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From North bound Highway 99, exit Avenue 12, turn left onto Avenue 12 (West), turn right onto Road 25 (North), the park is 2.5 miles on the right (East) side of Granada Drive. From South bound Highway 99, exit Cleveland Avenue, turn right onto Cleveland Avenue (West), turn left onto Granada Drive (South). Park is 1 1/4 miles on left (East) side of Granada Drive just past Howard Road.
