Course Description:
Solitude is one of Utah's finest, high-altitude disc golf course. Disc golf is as fun as it is challenging. Course starts at 9,000 feet and winds along the mountainside for 18 holes. Each hole ranges from 300 to 500 feet. The course is free for those who choose to hike, but you can also take the Sunrise Lift to get to the first hole. Very difficult but tops the charts of one the most breathtaking experiences as well. Don't miss an opportunity to play here if you can. If you've never played, consider the First Timer Package. It costs $20 and includes: lift ticket, two discs, instructional one-sheet, scorecard and a Solitude sticker. You'll receive a $5 refund for each disc returned. Summer Lift Hours Friday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (lift service) Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, (lift service) Walk-in 7 days a week - daylight hours You can hike up the face of the mountain if you don't want to spend the $6 for a lift pass. Lift Ride Cost Single Ride - $6 5-ride Pass (good all season) - $24 *This is a very difficult course. Bring extra discs cause you are playing in the thick forest! Come between May and Sep for optimal weather. Pack water and snacks! Along with an incredible/unforgettable Disc golf experience, you are also on a day hike! Enjoy!
