Course Description:
This course was created several years ago by Young Life. This is not a typical disc golf course. It is more of an old school "Hit the tree" course.
Hole Descriptions:
1)
Tee: The stretch grass next to the loading dock. Throw from behind the curve in the pavement. Hole: Largest tree in the triangle.
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
2)
Tee: Behind the third tree on the right.
Hole: Light post at the end of the stretch of grass.
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
3)
Tee: Between the 2nd and 3rd evergreen trees.
Hole: Large tree across the parking lot on the corner.
Hazards: All pavement is water except for the parking lot separating the tee from the hole. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
4)
Tee: Between the large tree (hole 3) and the curved wall. Do not go past the wall.
Hole: 3rd street light on the opposite side of the road.
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
5)
Tee: The manhole.
Hole: Second light pole.
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
6)
Tee: Behind the largest tree before the clearing.
Hole: The siren pole under the box on the pole. (looks like the Jet-sons house. Old school cartoon.)
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
7)
Tee: Behind the small trees.
Hole: First LARGE tree on the left hand side of the clearing.
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
8)
Tee: Behind the first LARGE tree on the left hand side of the clearing. (Hole 7)
Hole: Small statue across the road before you get to the steps.
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
9)
Tee: At the top of the stoop. (Above hole 8)
Hole: Hit the nearest corner of the library. Bottom three tan BLOCKS (not bricks).
Hazards: All pavement is water. Cars are a 1 stroke penalty.
10)
Tee: From the circular area in the sidewalk.
Hole: The Henderson Hall sign in front of the door.
