Course Description:
It is set in natural Australia bushland and open grassed areas within Wingrove Park, with an abundance of parrots etc calling that area home. It is the current home to the Nillumbik Disc Golf Club that plays there on an ad-hoc basis, with the intention of a fortnightly comp being played on Sunday afternoons. It consists of a small area with several holes criss-crossing and numerous out of bounds coming into play. The targets for comp games consist of home made 150mm PVC piping tone poles suspended from tree branches, teeing off from a mixure of grass and sealed paths where possible. The trees used also have coloured ribbon around the trunk for practice rounds.
